If Things Go Wrong

If you have a problem with the service or products provided by your Credit Union please tell us. Your concern will be treated seriously.

The Credit Union has an internal complaints resolution procedure and is committed to a speedy resolution of any problem.

Concerns should be addressed to the General Manager who will initiate the complaints resolution procedure. Your concern will be acknowledged within 48 hours of its receipt.

In terms of the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Disputes Resolution) Act we are obliged to have an independent disputes resolution service. Your Credit Union has appointed Financial Service Complaints Ltd (FSCL). Their details are available on

This service will be engaged if your concern cannot be remedied by our internal complaints procedure. There is no cost to you for this service.
